This is my father In-laws Single Cab VW Transporter.  This was literally found in a field, and he kept after the guy who owned it for years. One day the guy called him up and said that he would never get it running again, so come and get it.

Here is a shot to show what it looked like when he pulled it out.

She had not run in over 10 years, so she needed some love. First, it was a chore to get it out, and my brother-in-law stepped to the plate for the hard labor. Once it was out, it was dropped in my father in laws garage to assess what was needed to get her moving again.

First was addressing the engine.  Once again, Bryan Houston from "Late nite air cooled" in Chico, CA did the mechanical work to start moving forward. He checked out the motor and "refreshed" the key components and put it back in, with new fuel lines.  As I have said before, Bryan is a class act and can be reached at 1-530-774-7275.  I know that his services are very much in demand, and he picks and chooses the projects he wants to work on.  He also can get you the parts you need for a classic air cooled VW.
